HOW TO BACKUP MY DATA

1 - Open "Atempo LINA" Application (You can see a green leaf on the taskbar)
2 - Settings > Backup > My backup settings
3 - Items included in the backup > + > Select a file or folder

You should now see "Ok" next to your folder/file :)

HOW SET UP NEXTCLOUD

1 - Open Nextcloud application
2 - Enter the following address : cloud.oca.eu

3 - Once redirected to the OCA portal, use your OCA credentials :

	- LOGIN : your_OCA_login
	- PASSWORD : your_OCA_password

4 - Select what you want synchronize then valid
5 - The folders/Files are now synchronized on your machine in the Nextcloud folder located at the root of your profile and accessible from the file explorer
